About the B.E.A.M. Forum
The B.E.A.M. Forum is a platform dedicated to promoting greater awareness, understanding, and action towards inclusive employment, with a focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
The forum brings together key stakeholders, including parents and caregivers of individuals with special needs, employers who are currently hiring or interested in hiring neurodivergent talent, as well as relevant government agencies, non-governmental organisations, and community partners.
Through shared insights, practical discussions, and real-world experiences, the forum aims to deepen understanding of inclusive employment practices and explore how workplaces can better support neurodivergent employees and colleagues.
There will be two separate sessions: an afternoon session for employers, organisations, and stakeholders, and an evening session for parents and caregivers. Each session will be tailored to its respective audience.
The B.E.A.M. Forum is organised by La Vida Berhad in partnership with Radisson Hotel Brunei, and is gratefully supported by Baiduri Bank and the Brunei Economy Programme.
The forum will feature speakers from the Enabling Academy by Yayasan Gamuda and One-Two Boost by Selangor Dredging Company, who will share valuable perspectives on creating more inclusive, supportive, and sustainable workplaces.
